Sorry to hear tat tigger jie… Guess now… u haf to try to rest more… if can… den wait for DH to wash the dishes bah… n as for soup… u may wan to boil for 10mins or till boiling… den put in a thermal pot… it will b gd enuff to haf it after kids r bak frm sch n all. if not, minimise to juz 1 dish a day?

Thanks for your concern! I will rest more when I can. DH offered to do the dishes but hor..you know men sometimes cannot make it one...takes his own sweet time to do things. I dun have thermal pot, prefer to boil for 2-3hrs. As for dishes, it's order via tingkat so it's ok.

Just that without another pair of hands to help, I gotta make sure the kids' bags are packed daily for their school, make sure I wash up after their breakfast before sending them to sch...more time needed..

Ah.. ic ic.. i totally get wat u mean.. i was like tat too when i was maidless for 6mths.. almost died.. as i was very particular abt cleanliness, tidiness, etc.. n the list goes on.. but u c.. if we choose not to ignore, den we haf to suffer more.. so end up.. more tiring for us..
As for ur case.. since u r preggie.. i feel u shld lighten down ur standing n instead more resting if possible.. We r all 'SUPER' women.. so we can do it! Take care tigger jie..

though I would also prefer to do the work till the end so that the delivery can be smooth.. did the work till the end day for both my preg...

Thanks LKVM, will take care...i also prefer to be active so that delivery will be smooth...but hor..the 2 times natural deliveries that I went thru (DS1 was via c-sec) were long and painful labours...mainly due to DD and DS2 are in op position...so I hope for this round, bb will be in optimal position so that delivery can be smooth. :xedfingers:

hehe, i will try to ignore if possible, but I tend to check on DH after he is done with the chores...cos his standard and mine are so different.

In your check ups now... whats the position? It should be the same till the end right... :xedfingers:

Bb in heads down position now but her face could be facing my tummy or my spine. If she is facing my tummy then is in op position which can make labour longer. If she faces my spine then optimal position. I read that only 5.5% bbs are born in op position and both my natural deliveries are this way.

Hey peapot, I am due in early dec so in time to celebrate cny after my confinement.

My maid is back in Philippines for 2 weeks home leave. I am ordering tingkat currently but boil my own soup and cook rice. My kids and dad love soup as we are Cantonese so prefer to drink our own soup.
