Hi Adoncia , can you kindly pm me her contact as well . Thank you .
Pmed you. -
Yes, same teacher! My gal enjoyed her lessons every week and improved her grades from just pass (P3) to an A last year PSLE. Is there any Sec tuition specialised in Science with hands on experiments in the East?

anyone can intro me good science tuition teacher / centres in Jurong area?? Thanks in advance
My child is with Serena's Greenhouse in Jurong West. Google Serena's Greenhouse. It has a blog. They focus on answering techniques other than concepts. but they do not have many classes as they are not like other commercial centres. hence the classes are filled really fast by existing pupils.
Hi,
Is Serena's Greenhouse is exist? I sms and called her few times but no reply and she did not pick up calls. -
Good morning!

Hi auntieM, sorry for the late reply...been busy latelylapapillion:
Since we're at this topic of science enrichment, perhaps I can introduce Young Engineers which is located near parkway parade. They do primary school science enrichment but using LEGO models to impart science, maths and engineering principles to young children. I think it'll be great fun to be able to infuse play elements into education!

Can you provide more details of this enrichment centre please..

http://www.youngengineers.edu.sg/ <-- can check out the website. I think any kids will know what's LEGO - don't even need to introduce it but to learn science using toys like LEGO, now that's something interesting isn't it?
They have mar holiday camps too, but it's almost all filled up already. They are located at parkway parade there, near to MacDonalds if you know the area well. It's the building where almost every level is either a tuition or enrichment centre

Haha, these days, it's hard to find kids who are idling at homeDo you know of any? I'm thinking of sending my DD to one so that she will not idle her time away at home (eating, playing and watching TV prog) while I'm working.
There are not many March holiday camps that I know. Many do their camps during June holidays.
I know of parents who packed their kids schedule to the MAX even during the holiday
Well, no time to stand and stare lol
There's one March holiday camp that I know of. It's by Young Engineers who are doing science enrichment using LEGO. You can check out their website here: http://www.youngengineers.edu.sg for more details on their Mar camp. But it's almost fully booked already if you look at their site. -

Hi Love Clouds,Science Alive at Eastgate.

If your kid is P6, ask for teacher Fara, as she is experienced in P6, though a little naggy (keep reminding my DD to take note of this and that).
I went over to the centre mention this morning. I spoke to the admin staff Lala and she was very informative and patient ( I ask endless questions!). Though she's not the teacher she explains very well I must say!. My DD is doing PSLE this year and looking at their lesson plans I am quite happy. I sign up for a trial suggested by Lala next Saturday and will see if it works for her. I didn't get to talk to teacher Fara. Though I have a good feeling with Science Alive. Hopefully!
