I have posted my feedback on previous thread on science heuristics.

Very few questions covered in each session, no homework, high fee. A few other mums also regretted sending kids there-oversold.

And my child did not get A* at PSLE 😞

I was tempted to sign up with Science Heuristic for holiday crash course in June but was put off by the high fees. Also friend dissuaded, saying that no value for money.
But to be fair, their books were helpful for DS. With no science tuition, he studied the book and learn the answering techniques.

My youngest child is P6 next year. He is currently with True Learning Centre. The tutors there are very good and the lessons are very interesting. Every now and then, he will share with me some of the exciting stuff he has learnt and bring back some specimens like plants from the science class. This centre also uses mind map as a learning tool. The English lessons are also conducted in a very different way. The centre uses a variety of resources such as video clips, newspapers articles, flyers etc to engage them. Sometimes my boy will ask me about the current events that he got to know from the class. The centre is going to open another branch in Kovan so those who live near Serangoon will benefit.

My boy was with True Learning Centre @ Jurong Yoha at the beginning of the year, attending the Science tuition. All was well until the tutor had some pregnancy issue and the rest of the term was undertaken by another teacher. I terminated the tuition after receiving the prelims result. During the Sept hols, I sent my boy to Science Heuristics @ Goldhill. My boy feedback he learnt better answering technique with Science Heuristics.
