Thanks hquek, fightingmum for sharing! :rahrah:

Is TIMES bookfair generally better than MPH, in terms of variety and discounts? (referring to kids' books)
Not a frequent patron of bookfairs but went to the MPH one at Expo last mth and was q disappointed as the range wasn't fantastic and the books were in a big mess...

My impression of mph sale is better than times. Range and price alike. But still it is dependent on what they push out from warehouse, there wete lousy mph sale from my past experIence. If you could share what you are looking for, easier for ksp forummers to advise if they saw.

Yes I agree with you on this.

I went to the one last mth and it looked as if they were clearing left over stock of books from the preceding sale. Very disappointed. But the MPH sale that was had before this, also at the Expo was very good.

I guess that probably explained it.... ๐Ÿ˜„

Probably looking more at non-fiction books, horrible geo series, the cat in the hat's learning library, innovative kids (more advanced levels) etc.
Do they actually carry books that we dont see in their bookstores?

Sorry but think you may be a bit disappointed in their sales. Iโ€™ve never come across cat in hat learning lib at the sales. Horrible series only saw at John little sale that just went. Think it is more fiction books they carry.

Long ago they used to have usborne books but now donโ€™t see so much also.

                    Hi iLoveChubby,

I quite like the cat in the hat library series when it was shown on TV.

May I know for titles from this series, the price is between $6 plus to $8 plus, is it worth to buy?

                    Thanks
                    cheers
