Yes, go 'shopping' for a new avatar. Try to find one that animates, gives more life to the avatar in my opinion.

Yes, if you know how to download a gif software and know how to manipulate it to move.
My elder boy drew the cai shen for me and made him distribute ingots by using a gif software. -
