Download the file to your computer. Go to your own account in KSP.com (click on the Home at the top of the page and on the right hand side, you will see your own account somewhere in the middle of the page). Once you are in your account, click on the Edit tab. Scroll down till you see the Picture section. Upload the picture, save the change and you are done!
