Yup. a few constraints. This is originally a jpg file so I have to create all the frames and layers myself. If use a vid file, it has a constraint of only 100kb on KSP so it may still be not so smooth. Here is a version from vid:

On screen it looks one to two movement, but seems like lots of work to be done just for those 2 movement.
