Hi Kiasu Parents,
I want to share a very unpleasant incident at (Buona Vista) on the 21 May, morning class. (Dont believe, just call up the center, see what the admin say/reply)
Apparently there is a new student today, he is very very young, i think just met the min age group, but i do not know how he pass the initial assessment, (really do not think he is suitable for a sit down 1.5hour setting)
he is having anxiety attack and broke down for over 30 mins, even though the daddy was with him the whole time
he was crying loudly and very destructive to the class.
the teacher in charge could cannot control the situation and the admin staff did not ask the parent to take the child away.
the situation was very very chaotic that 1-2 parents even film / video the whole ordeal. (for proof)
i am very disappointed with both the teacher and admin / management of Lcentral.
i strongly urge parents to reconsider if you want to enroll in this firm (at this location) / weekend mornings.
the class is super full and crowded (sometimes, there is last min, additional from other class.
i will minitor the situation if things dont improve, i may consider going to I can real or other Lcentral locations.

Firstly, please accept our apologies for any disruption caused during the class on 21st May at our Buona Vista centre. Our priority is always to provide a supportive and conducive learning environment for all our students, and we are truly sorry that your recent experience did not meet these expectations.
Following the incident on 21st May, we have immediately and thoroughly conducted an investigation. The child in question had indeed passed the initial assessment for enrolment, however, we understand that adjusting to a new environment can be challenging for some students, particularly the younger ones. Our staff endeavoured to manage the situation with empathy and patience, but we recognise there is room for improvement in how we handle such scenarios.
To prevent future occurrences, we have already taken action by implementing additional training for our staff, equipping them with more effective strategies for classroom management and child support. Additionally, we have reviewed our class capacities to ensure a conducive learning environment is maintained at all times.
We truly value your feedback and your involvement in helping us improve. It is through such constructive insights that we can continuously refine our operations and services. We are committed to providing a better learning experience for our students and parents, and we appreciate your continued support in this.
Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and are grateful for your patience and understanding as we work on these improvements. We hope to reassure you of our dedication to the well-being and progress of our students at LCentral.

Kudos to the LCentral team for their quick response and action!
There will be challenges of all kinds when you provide a service to people, especially kids. Hopefully the kid in question will respond to your actions in time, instead of disrupting the class. I understand it is difficult to remove the child if he is disrupting the class, since he is indeed a paying customer. But you might want to do it, as all the other kids are impacted too. Maybe it's time to update the class rules: all kids must behave themselves or they will be ejected.
