      Jaydazzlerz,

      May I ask what TScore your son scored that make you decide to let him attend NA in YTSS instead of Exp in another school?

      Please help with this question.

      In a library, 60% of the books are fiction books and the rest are non-fiction books. If another 48 fiction books are added to the collection, the number of fiction books will increase by 10%. How many non-fiction books are there in the library?

      Hi, here is the solution:

      let the no. of Fiction bks = 60u, then the no. of non-fiction bks = 40u,

      then 48 bks added, no. of fiction book = 60u *110/100 = 66u,

      hence 66u-60u = 48
      6u=48,
      1u=8,

      Therefore, no. of fiction bks = 40*8 = 320

      :rahrah:

      Thank you.

      Please help with this qns.

      Mr Chan has some children. Each of his sons has the same number of brothers and sisters. Each of his daughters has twice as many brothers as sisters. How many children does Mr Chan have?

      Please refers to the working in this http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/files/u82445/Solution.jpg.

      Thus, Mr Chan should have 6 + 1 = 7 children.

      Thank you, Tracyt.

      Hi, I have the intention to transfer my ds to CHS. Can mummies who have successfully transferred yr ds to the school share your experience?

      My ds is in P2, planning to transfer him to CHS to continue his P3. Thank you.

      Hi babycutie71..

      As CHS doesn't entertain online application for transfer, you have to visit the school personally to fill up the Application For Schools Transfer Form for your boy. You may submit the Form with supporting documents first, and forward your boy's P2 SA2 results, after you've received his Report Book from his current school..

      Photocopy & submit a set of all documents you deem useful (P1 & P2 SA2 results, CCA records, other achievements eg. Music Certs etc). Bring along the original documents for verification..

      That was what I did when I applied for transfer for my DS2, who joined CHS at P3.. šŸ˜„

      Hi iFirefly,

      Thank you for sharing.

      Hi may i know what the estimated cutoff marks for p2 streaming?

      What cutoff marks are you referring to? There is no cutoff marks. The pupils will be streamed based on their overall results for P2.
