Hi my conclusion is the Novita should have some negative ion reading on my tester but it turns out to be zero


While the Tower fan with ion has a -15 value
Amcor Air purifier with ion has -146

The value not important but there is no ion coming out from the Novita which supposed to be giving out like 20million of neg ion. Not sure is it just gimmick or my machine is faulty.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Novita NAP2000H from BEST at J8 and have been quite happy using it for about 3 weeks till I itchy hand and went to get a ion air tester kit to play around and was surprised to what I found out.

As you know the machine advertised as it produce like 20millon neg ion into the air, so I went to place the device near the air vent and i got a zero neg reading!

to be fair, I went to do the same test on my other old air purifier and a tower fan with ion function and both of these gives me some neg value!
