Just note that since they shop are regular supermarkets, the likelihood of some item being out of stock is higher than if you buy direct from Fairprice, say. You can nominate substitutes, but it can be a pain if you want a particular brand only.

Tried HonestBee. So far so good. Happy with them. I'll stick with them in the meantime.

What I don't understand is why the telcos are unable to track or at least block these calls. The scam is rampant and I can imagine how some more vulnerable folks may fall prey. These crooks are really &(*#&$ shits.

Yes, there is. In fact, my son has taken his grading exams twice. And will be taking his 3rd one this Sunday.

White belt is the basic, followed by yellow then orange, and so on until they obtain the black belt. After the black belt, they can consider taking up instructor belt. Once they have the instructor belt, they can start to teach wushu.

I learnt to manage my stress level. So I went and found a specialist tutor for him as DS had problems with language (If he do well in Chinese, he would fail English and vice-versa). That took off my worries.

And from there, my son started to show improvements.

During the PSLE exams, he found everything to be a breeze. And viola, guess what? He passed! He passed all the subjects!!! And even qualified for NA stream!!

it's really motivating and inspiring to read about your son. actually my daughter is exactly like that. she has language impairment...as such granted MT exemption, but that only helps to dedicate the time meant for MT to the other 3 subjects. when i get her to work on certain components of English like grammar cloze for eg, the other components slack. my science and english tutors shook their heads and told me passing PSLE will be a miracle...but as a parent, i cannot accept that because i can't give up on her even though the tutors feel that way.

You are right not to give up on your dd. No one should. Never ever let what tutors think esp negative thoughts affect you or your daughter. My son is lucky. His tutor didn't give up on him. Instead she encouraged him and pushed him on and on. I'm still in touch with her by giving her updates on my son's progress. It's sad that we couldn't continue using her services as she moved to Thomson which is some distance from where I stay.

Please let me know how to prevent it from happening also. There were a few occasions when lightning would strike the windows and the living room windows would rattle. Sometimes, you can see a ball of lightning strike the living room windows. I would tell my DS and mil to stay away from Living room whenever there's a thunderstorm.

Hello! Wondering which parents here give their child a handphone, which parents don't, and why?

My son has a phone of his own. Pros and cons. My only regret is that I should have given him a prepaid phone. He's spending time watching cartoons on you tube rather than spending time on his books. Anyone has any idea how to stop his addiction? :?: I'm so worried .... If I'm to cancel his line, he would be mad at me. If I don't cancel, his addiction will grow.. What should I do?? :stupid:

It’s practically impossible to find assessment books for NT kids. But luckily I managed to find some at some Popular Bookstores.
