Let me try, paper length is 33cm, stamp length 4cm
33/4 =8 r1
Max 8 stamps

Paper Breadth 14cm, stamp breadth 3cm
14/3 = 4 r2
Max 4 stamps at the breadth.

8x4 = 32.

Max number of stamps =32.

33x14 = 462
4x3 = 12
462/12 = 38R6
Hence, max. stamps = 38
