    • Starting a new playgroup at jurong west

      Hi parents,

We are planning to start a new playgroup for the toddlers around 2-3/12 years in Jurong west. It I s basically 2 hours program for 5 days. Our plan is to start by next march/April. I like to get feedbacks from the parent what you will expect in a playgroup when you enroll your kids in a playgroup.

    • RE: Xingnan Primary

      Hi Parents,

My son got registered for P1 (2011) in Xingnan. Although I am within 1 km to WG i don't want to take a chance. If in case i won't get through balloting then i will lose the chance of entering Xingnan. Thats why I went directly to xingnan and registered.

I like to know more about the school. I like to know whether is there any streaming in p1 itself in this school.I know that xingnan is very famous for its chinese program. How is English and maths teaching there. Also I like to know is there homework given everyday?

I heared from my friend that in WG they will train the students by giving lot of worksheets and make them to study. So from the parents side not much effort is needed.Thats why it is so popular. However in other schools as a parent we need to put lot of efforts to give them enrichments ...Is it true?

      :thankyou:
