Hi I need to go ballet for ZDPS. This really upset me, the schl is just next to my block. If I fail in coming ballot, the thought of sending my girl to another schl which is far away, make me very depressed. This will be additional cost for us n very inconvience. Hope MOE can come out with a better system. In my area, within 1km covers a lot housing flat (maybe abt 180 blocks), imagine all go for one schl.

Any update for zhangde??

Although ZDPS needs ballot, I will go ahead as I m staying next to the schl. This is the only schl that is within 1km for me. The rest of the schools all fall under 1-2km

As at noon, 117 singapore citizens applied for zhangde. Principal advise PR to go for other schl.

Do you think Zhangde need to ballot within 1km?

My 2 cents thought. During my childhood time, only one phrase. This is the most fair system, why make our education system so confused, everyone rushing to be PV or move hse. I heard abt a case whereby the parent willing to sponsor landscaping work for the school and their boy got into the school easily. Just hope they can come out with better system. One of my frenz staying in Clementi and easily get a school in Geylang around. Just wonder why??
