How to encourage reading of Chinese storybooks? My dd is doing relatively well in Chinese, thanks to her tutor. Yet until now, although she loves reading English storybooks, she is still very reluctant to read Chinese storybooks. I have tried introducing all kinds of books to her but it didn’t seem to work. I am even going to the extent of limiting her time for English books to have silent reading time for Chinese books.

My dd attended for three years and always looked forward to going. It was really a big hassle for us as we stay in the north. Dd has since stopped. Till now I feel it is a good investment as she is very confident and breezed through all show and tell assessments in school.
hello! any reviews or experience with Julia Gabriel speech and drama class? greatly appreciate any response -
RE: How much $$ do you spend on kid’s tuition per month?

RE: All About Flu and Cough
Dd has been coughing non-stop for months and just can’t seem to recover fully despite continuously taking medicine. Recently it became worsened by another round of flu and it also triggered her asthma. We got so sick of bringing her to the clinic again that we decided to just bring her for tcm. Surprisingly after 2 weeks, she really recovered. For mummies facing the same issues, may wanna give tcm a try.

RE: Is your child happier in GEP school or his/her old school?
She definitely enjoyed it much more, especially the extended laboratory sessions. She also seems the lessons more interesting. Only issue was friendship problems at the initial stage but she managed to cope after some time.
