These schools are not bad from what I've heard. Some of my friends are from SJI International and there are many CCAs, etc. I could ask her about the sch if u want. At the end of 6 yrs in the sch u get an IB certification like ACS I. School fees are expensive but I'm not sure of the exact figures. U can visit the schools' websites to find out more about this

I think you need 220 to apply to get in (but can appeal i think?) for SJI International anyway. U can check the website to find our more if u want. I think all the international schools like this are Christian schools except for Hwa Chong International, so u may want to consider this too.

Of course lah. If not every Tom, Dick and Harry will appeal to try their luck. Think of all the effort involved in checking the marking etc. And this is per subject I think.

If there is this guy who got 250 and his first and second choice failed...

And the 3rd choice school COP is 240.
There is this other guy who got 241 and his first choice is the same school as that previous guy 3rd choice....
Who will go into that school?If there is 1 last vacancy LEFT???

Need urgent advice on secondary school selection for my boy who scored 234; we are thinking of the following schools in north
area:
1. Xinmin Sec
2. Zhonghua Sec
3. Chung Cheng Yishun
4. Maris Stella High
5. Presbyterian High
6. Ang Mo Kio Sec

Can anyone provide advice if the above choices make sense?
