    • RE: Gender of preschool teacher

      Guest:
For http://www.2000days.net where caregiving is still required and helping in toilet usage is inevitable, female teachers would be more suitable and I would certainly prefer.

I know of student centres run by couples and the hubby usually takes the role of the school bus driver and the running of the preschool centre is left to the wife. i believe it is quite inconvenient for male to operate in a preschool environment or lower primary as the needs of young children can be nitty-gritty and there are too many things to consider before a male teacher or male head can act...makes the role tough.
      Hello,

I am looking for female pre school teacher in Sydney,
So can you please suggest me a good preschool teacher??
      Thanks in Advance

Short term, yes, having the rental flats next to your block may affect the value of your property but in the long run, with Singapore being so land scarce, don't think it will affect much.

      Hello,
If I want to take a 1 BHK flat on rent here. What should be the cost that i have to pay to get through???

. Technically, we are all living in \"subsidised\" housing anyway.

      paying >$350k for a 90sqm, i don't call myself living in subsidised housing. šŸ˜›

what rental flat tenants lack is the sense of ownership to property, hence the level of maintenance of the surroundings may be affected - but then this is a sweeping statement cos not all rental flat tenants are like that and not all hdb owners keep their surrounding clean too.

i think perhaps the residents grouse is the drop in property value. if the gahmen can afford to give them some form of compensation for the drop in propery value (eg cash form, more facilities etc), perhaps they will be more receptive to the idea.

      jmho.

      Hello,
If the maintenance cost is high. It will effects the cost of that property and also decrease its value...
