jennifer - as i am a ptwm, i will usually be able to adjust my schedule to pick e kids and my dad has also offered to help if required. however it does seem like there is a need to reconsider if the CV lessons are not as enriching and all.. due to change in P/management?
we received another email from the school that an official reply is being sent to us after getting the P's signature.. kinda makes me wonder if there is a mix up as we have yet to even submit our application? haha

I just received an email from e school to submit an application on the topics few posted… Any prev pv here with tips on how best to write the "essay"? Fqw? Hee
Drickymummy - lucky u got in thru balloting! Or it would have been upsetting? Was phpps worth e "stress"?
Janet - thanks for e advise! We will see how the pv application goes. If hubby and I are lucky enough to be selected we will probably then move within 1 km to cement the chances. As it is also a stretch on finances to move over to tt area at this juncture. If not we just gotta ballot for the sch nearest to us currently which is actually even more oversubscribed at 1 km than phpps which was part of e reason why we considered shifting. This patroller school is a neighborhood school but doesn’t accept pv… -

Was wondering how they would decide based on tt and whether I sld write a short note on how I can contribute? Also wld u know which area phpps usually needs pv in? Hee… Sorry for e questions.

Hi parents,
I have a 2007 ds1 and I am thinking of registering him into phpps. I callEd the school to enquire abt pv but was just told to send an email with my child’s particulars and wait for a reply. Do u know if there willl be an application form to be filled in later? Or does it actually mean we don’t stand a chance? Thanks! I am actually an alumni of a gals school but my no 1 is a boy! Keke
