June holiday is not really a holiday I just learned that DS must go to school on the 1st week and 4th week of holiday for supplementary lessons. Are all schools like that?

Especially for P6... June seems like a revision catch up for prelim.

My dd has to go back for 4 days during 1 st week of June. 8 - 1.30pm.

During 2 & 3rd week, she has her science intensive revision lessons with her current enrichment centre. It is 10 days and 3 hours daily. EL tuition frequency will also increased. So June appeared to be a intensive revision time. No rest after SA1.

My daughter's school only had classes in the 4th week. If you don't think they will be helpful, you can excuse your son from the classes.

June 1 month and sep 1 week will not be fun for p6s…bcos it is the best time to catch up and revise. Come July, schools are going to intensify revision. There is PSLE oral in Aug…maybe kids can take a breather after that. Avoid deep fried, oily food & chocolate for a month leading up to the Oral exam.
