I do know that the pink coloured example/guide book that people buy is worthless, and you shouldn't bother using its garbled style of writing that the authors are so fond of.SignorWinter:

I used my own JC notes, and the TYS towards the end. -

Mind you, it's the A4 sized pink book, not sure if they still print it. It's the one that rumbles on and on in a style that is reminiscent of a GP essay, definitely a no!SignorWinter:
