Hi lovely blue … My girl is in phyllis riccia Sch… She is k2 this year and was there since n1.my girl is v shy by nature and I wld say that PRS has done a good job in grooming her. The teacher turnover rate is relatively low as compared to the industry Norms. Throughout the 4 yrs most I can say that 90 percent of the teachers are still there. However the Sch seems to be disorganised in admin matters. The facilities are dated. In general the teachers have a good command of language. One thing that I truely appreciate is that they do not let the kids watch tv during the evening. It’s either revision or extra enrichment in the afternoon. If there are upcoming events, they will be busy practising / rehearsing

Overall I m pretty satisfied with the Sch and teachers. No major complaints ! Most importantly I always see that the kids and teachers are full of happy vibes. ( I do volunteer as and when on field trips) . On the other hand I find that it is not v academic… As in wat is taught to my k2 girl is v basic…

          Hi Lala81,

Thank you very much for your reply. These are really useful info. I noticed their admin is really a bit disorganised when i visited the place. Regards the facilities, I have no complaint as I don’t really concern on that. I like the school environment and their programme. Not very academic is ok to me. I also like their good command of language.

However, I decided to stick with current cc. As I am planning to stop working once giving birth to my no. 2 which around October, so it is just few months to go then I will no longer need cc services. I just enrolled my gal to New Life Kindergarten for Nursery next year. Anyone has feedback on this kindergarten? What is the quality?

                  Hi

Can anyone recommend any good available childcare near Admiralty? Been looking high and low for a good childcare for DS2 since end last year but it seems most childcare are full, or long Q for next year 2014 K1 intake.. sigh... :gloomy:

                      Dear parents,

Just wondering if anyone tried this sweet kids childcare & development centre located at 795, Woodlands Dr 72, #01 - 01, Singapore 730795. I’m thinking to send my DD in for pre-nursery this Dec. Hope to hear some feedback. Thanks!
