Just to share if you consider choosing tkps, every monday they start at 7.45 and end at 3.30pm. Which many p1/2 cannot stand the long hours and will not want to go to school. Every monday is a nightmare for the kids. The school standard like not so good now, no or not much homework. Food are expensive compare to other schools.

Hi, I have heard that TKPS is coming up with good academics result. Some say it is going to be at par with St.Hilda’s . Any views on this?

Hope someone here can help with my queries about the school.

1) Do they split the recess into 2 sessions for the lower and upper primary classes? Also, does the school include any specified snack break for the kids between recess and dismissal? If yes, how long is the snack break?

2) Are there any specific weekly music lessons planned into the timetable for the lower primary classes? Or is there any music book listed on the annual booklist?

3) When do the children start to have Higher Mother Tongue classes? Is it in P2 or older?

4) Does the school stream the kids at any levels or do they have an overall mixed-ability environment throughout P1-P6?

5) Do the P1s get to have an upper primary buddy for the 1st week of school?

6) Is it possible for you to share a copy of the class timetable & booklist for P1 please? If yes, kindly blank-out class/child name prior to sharing.
