Eng/CL P2 & Math results are out though haven't got back the papers. But based on what I understand, Eng Paper 2 (especially Compre OE) is still quite tough for SA1..

Mine is just the opposite. Eng OE Compre is ok but Chin OE Compre is cmi. You win some and lose some.

My boy said the EL teacher told them this P6 SA1 EL paper is not difficult - easier to show nice results for DSA purpose?

What ds registered was 35/45 for CL paper 2 and 52/65 for Eng paper 2, but he's not 100% sure as he wasn't really paying attention.

Thanks. I really wonder what is going on with the compre OE for EL/CL this time round. Heard at least half the class flunked this section for both languages and lowest class score is zero for EL compre OE. :scared: if it's really true...

My boy came back with a bad news and a good news.

Bad news: HCL paper 2 CMI.

Good news: EL has good progress.

my son also CMI for HCL paper 2. Wonder why they made it so tough. Tougher than the past year papers he did from other schools.
Maybe school using this way to flush out borderline cases so that school can either focus more on them or hint to them to drop HCL for PSLE? :scratchhead:
