😂 Hi Imai surprisingly the Japanese curry tasted quite good. First I stirfry the onions until fragrant or soft, then I throw in the chicken fillet which I cut into cubes first and fry for about two minutes, then throw in carrots and potato. Stirfry for another two minutes before adding water. When carrots and potatoes turn soft, I put in the jap curry cubes and just stir until it melts. It's done. I only used one pot ie corningware casserole --from stir frying to serving on the table. Washing up is easy too 😂

Home cooked ban mian. Bought the ban mian from NTUC. The rest easy peasy, ikan bilis soup base, mince pork, chye sim, egg.

                Easy, fuss free, msg free.

Kid slurped up everything and said yummy.

Saw Cold Storage BBQ chicken offer this morning, waited till late afternoon to drop by to buy. All sold out. Ended up a black pepper small chicken (no offer price). Overcooked though seasoning is tasty.

Bou a tray of shabu shabu beef slices, no seasonings, directly put onto the pan to cook. The boys say it is yummy though these are not marinated

Cooked a pot of stewed veg - turnip, carrot, French beans, shiitake mushroom with pork base soup, added slices of pan fried egg tofu before serving.

The kids get to bbq their own burger patties and assemble their own burgers for dinner. While bbqing their burgers, they munched on fries, 1.5kg of fries gone in no time at all. 13 kids and 20 burgers gone! For dessert they had bbq marshmallows & ice-lollies.
