Hi, can anyone tell me why my Happy Call pan has some white patches forming. These patches have a scorched, melted look and feel.

I have used this pan about 6-7 times before this problem surfaces.

        Please share or advise. Thanks!

              Hi,

Can mummies please give some feedback about the HappyCall Diamond wok /pan?

Is it really non-stick? Does the glass lid really provide over-flowing? Does oil really don’t spill when we fry fish? Can metal ladle be used?
              Thank you.

I am using happycall double pressure pan for almost years and thankfully i don’t see any white patches forming inside the pan. I’m thinking of buying bigger size happycall frying pan. Have big family to feed lol

Meant to get the standard one, but friend who went and made the purchase for me made the judgement call instead and bought me the Ocher Brown Jumbo one from Isetan Katong. Pan is yet to be passed to me so no chance to try out yet.

Love to hear from anyone who’d it and had used it to share if easy to flip steak and/fish (generally small cooking items) in this. I am apprehensive b/c of the space. Would small items be slooshing around in it and difficult to flip because of the depth?
                      TIA

If getting from reputed big store should be safe I presume. Not sure if buying online, subjective I suppose.
Heap Seng supplies to big stores like Isetan, Taka, Tangs, Metro.
Check out their website. I think you should be able to buy from them direct but there is no prices given on their website. Would imagine they can't undercut their dealers. Let me know the price if you do buy from them direct.
Friend told me the standard red colour one is selling in Isetan for $45.

Happy shopping. Oh, BTW, saw it advertised at lower price @ Metro.
