I went to RVHS website to take a look. Under the news section, it has been announced that the open house on 18May has been cancelled.

Below was extracted from RVHS website.
Please note : DSA Open House on 18 May 2013 (Saturday) is cancelled. The school’s annual Open House on 23 Nov 2013 (Saturday) will proceed as scheduled.

Hi,
Not sure if you are planning for sec school selection for next year.
But since DSA is during Jun-Jul period and the students must be informed of their outcome by 31Aug, I believe most schools would hold their open house before end Jun. Typically, DSA application are closed by early Jul.

So far, I only know RV will be holding their open house ~Nov.
