Does anyone have experience with the String Ensemble at NYPS? I heard there is an audition to get in, is that tough? Especially the sight-reading part, is it really difficult? Also, how often do they practice, especially near competitions?


Any insight is very much appreciated - very important to me to decide if I should sign up my kid for the audition. Thanks!!

Hi,

Anyone received acceptance or rejection letters yet? I have called the school and been told that its been sent out but I did not receive anything. They also refuse to tell me over the phone if I have been accepted, quite a frustrating wait.
