I have colleagues who applied for PV at NH n a few other popular schools and they hv not received notification yet. Heard that result will be out in Aug or Sep 2013 for some as they had approached n asked the PV teachers in charge.

Anyone knows about parent volunteer application for tao nan school this year? I emailed the school in Dec 2012 and was told to cgeck wensite for the form in January. But it was not up yet and they kept asking me to check back again and again. When I called up 2 weeks back, I was told they might not open for registration this year! Gosh! Is this really true? Iām applying fir my child born in 2009, registering in year 2015.

I already received a letter of rejection from the principal a few weeks ago. :mad: :mad: -
Our 40hrs at SAJS has paid off, received the letter that certified us in P2B registration. Hope the other PVs have also received it! All the best, hope to see you at registration.

Hope you know that PV for fairfield has to stay <2km. I applied last year for 2013 registration, but was rejected coz >2km. You should receive a letter even if unsucessful. Good luck! -

For Tao Nan, if register in 2015 for P1 in 2016, the PV period should be 07/2014 to 05/2015. PV application in 01/2014.
Some rumor that they may be changing the scheme this year, to give priority to Clan members by requiring them to do PV. Previously Clan members need not do PV at the school to qualify for Phase 2B, the clan used other criteria to qualify their members' application. I do not know for sure.
