Me Time!

SAHM_TAN:
On the contrary, my TV is on after hubby n kids go to bed! That's how I get my ME time, watching the news, Korean dramas on U Channel etc...in my bedroom. But most often, I will be watching my korean dramas on my Samsung note 2 or iphone as I find the screen size more comfortable than the iPad as I am long-sighted. Sometimes I can watch till 3-4am, and I am absolutely in my own world, absolute peace and no harassment from kids.My recent me time includes watching Dream Maker, the latest Ch8 9pm drama. I have not been watching ch8 drama series for the longest time, years and years and years. I wasn't even chasing The little Nonya show.
Not sure why I like this particular show......maybe it's a bit kaypo becos it's abt what's behind the scenes. LOL.
I find myself eagerly watching the catch-up version becos the kids go to bed at 9pm and TV is not switched on when hubby and kids are asleep heehee -

Coffee is indeed my comfort food.
Seems coffee is your pick-me-up or rather, comfort food first thing in the morning.janet_lee88:
First thing I need at 6am...coffee. I can sip coffee with eyes closed...and I love that smell.
Hope you don't make coffee with your eyes closed too. If you do, you will probably wake up in double quick time!!!
I add the water and put coffee powder...hubby will switch on coffee maker, and make coffee. He sleeps earliest every night and first to wake up. He also prepares breakfast. -

Planning to go for facial on Friday also.. Hubby doesn't like me to wear makeup.. He likes natural look..maybe I do not need makeup yet..he may change his mind in 10 years timeTheAnswer:

My hubby does that when I don't feel like waking up after watching too much korean dramas into the wee of the night. -

maybe i should tell him to settle kids every monday morning…waking up at 6am after staying up to watch the entire episode at 12 midnight is very hard…no amount of coffee is enough to keep eyes open.
