I am planning to enrol my girl in OLGC for next year pri 1 (live within 1-2km but under phase 2C, so hope that is okay). can anyone tell me what time must the child be in school, and what is pick up time?

I am trying to see if I can coordinate sending my boy (who is in Catholic High School) and my girl to and from their schools.

School starts at 7:20am. They have to stay in the canteen until 7:10am then they can go into the classrooms.

Dismissal is at 1:30pm Mon-Thurs, 1:45pm on Fridays.

Hi! I will be registering my daughter in CHIJ Primary School this month of July, May I know We are all M"SIA PR and Christian, and live in Blk 113 Lorong 1 toa payoh (I think its within 1km), can anyone advice which phase then will we fall under? I do want her to attend this school.

I think you are referring to CHIJ Toa Payoh so you are in the wrong forum

Are you Christian or Catholic? If you are not Catholic you will go into Phase 2C which means as PR you will be behind Singapore Citizens in priority and stand virtually no chance of getting a place.

I would suggest that you start looking elsewhere. How about Marymount Convent?

If she is going to the student care by school bus, I am worried on her safety as I have called most of the student care around my area (AMK) and they say the little ones will have to make their way to the student care after alighting from the bus. Any kind advise over here?

Hint: If you can stand unfriendly admin lady to reply your questions, by all means call the school. (I began to question if I should consider to send my child to this school by the rudeness I received over the phone.) First time I was questioned, "Why do you need to know?"
Of course for registration right? Or else who is so free to call the school and check statistic. How the admin staff answer the phone, reflects greatly about the attitude of the staff of how they correspond with parents. Atas!
