Previously when my 2 boys attended happy talent (full time childcare and kindergarten) under the center manager jenny (year 2008)was very well organised and was of good standard. But now after after changing management new owner, all upside down. My k1 girl has got problems with letters and identifying letters. The way teachers teach and of more concentrations on Chinese language. There is also hygiene problems. Disappointing. Preparing for withdrawal.
