Maha Bodhi

Dawnie:
I will be registating under Phase 2C, super stressed now. If cannot get in, I don't know where else to register. I am only a stone throw from the school

I think all you can do now is to pray hard. But at the same time, it's always good to think about alternative plans that is within 1km of your place.
Good luck! -
Iโm registering Phase 2C and my address is < 1km.
I like the school but the balloting procedures are unavoidable.
I dunno to place my bet at Maha Bodhi or take my chance to register another school.
Any advise from parents? -
Kit Ang:
If you have a safer choice and is worried about the opportunity cost of losing this safer choice in phase 2C supplementary, then it's better to secure the place in the safer choice during phase 2C.I'm registering Phase 2C and my address is < 1km.

Ever come across in ksp maybe few years back where a parent missed a dream school and followed by other misses along the way. The dc hasn't even settled on a school by phase 2C supplementary. So that is something we parents want to avoid. P1 registration is not very fun and in fact, lots of anxiety as well. -

As a new parent with kid going to P1 next year, need some advice here. I understand from my colleague whose son is attending another sch that she only bought 1 set of sch uniform as 3 days wear PE attire throughout the day & the other day wears PAL attire throughout the day as well. May I know what about Maha Bodhi? Does the school allow students to wear PE attire throughout the day without having to change to sch uniform after PE? Does the school also have PAL attire? How many sets of uniform should I consider to buy? Thanks for any advice given.

For my p2, he has 2 days of PE so these 2 days he will wear PE attire throughout the day. For the rest of the days, its uniform. From p3 onwards, girls have to wear a skirt over their shorts on PE days. For boys ok. No need to change back to uniform after PE. My P4 has PE only once a week. As I iron only once a week, I bought 3 sets of uniform n 2 sets of PE attire for my p2. -

My #1 who is going P1 next yr is a boy, so no need to worry abt getting extra skirts until much later when my girl goes pri sch as she's just 1 year old. I think boy would get his clothes dirtier than girl, so think I better get him 3 sets of uniform.
So Maha Bodhi doesn't have PAL t-shirt like some schs have?
I wonder who would be the new P next year. :scratchhead: -
MMM, my husband and I decided to place our bet at MBS.
Weโre in phase 2C, <1km.
Praying everyday that our child can enroll into the school smoothly.
