      ScaredyMum:
buds, happy for your DD and you too 🙂

Found out that my DS' school math teacher just started teaching Volume yesterday, and their prelims is in 4 weeks' time, and the teacher has not started any practise papers at all :(((((

Should I be concerned? His tutor was shocked that the school's teacher's progress was so slow. Anyone's school has the same issue or all has completed the syllabus?
      Prelims only mah.

My son's school was also slow but finally they finished teaching volume early last week so now it is practise paper almost everyday.

If the Maths teacher can teach well, I think you should not worry. However, if s/he cannot teach well, then it is 😓 because your DS's tutor must re-teach and your tutor only comes once/twice a week :nailbite: so there will be time wasted.

DS is weak in his math and there were times the tutor had to correct his wrong concepts supposedly learnt from school. We could not be sure if he misunderstood the teacher or the teacher did not explained it well :nailbite:

Tutor plans to teach him during the tuition sessions.

My DS needs extra practice on this topic.

                        thanks…
