Just back from registration, within 1km may ballot…depend on how many applied…the ballot date is given on 6 aug 10am.

As my view 1-2Km still have chances but more than 2km should be no more chance..of cuz that my own view..result will be know only in 5th aug.

No worry, I think 1-2KM SC should be quite safe... most likely don't need to ballot.
