I'm in the same boat as you, I'm going to try for APS tomorrow, but based on our current home address, am listed as SC staying more than 2km for now, I'm only moving to Dawson estate in 1-2 years time, so I guess I can only cross my fingers for now :nailbite:

Why can't you use your Dawson address to register? You will move in before your child reaches P3, right?

SC will hv priority over PR.
That means SC>2km has chance as long as applicants do not exceed 85+no. Of PR registered this morning.

Yes, regardless of distance, SC has priority over PR.
There might still be a risk for SC > 2km to conduct balloting should there be more than 85 SC applicants till registration closes

Although the completion date has been brought forward to 2014, the Agreement of Lease that we had signed in 2010 indicated TOP as 31 March 2016, so unfortunately, we can't use our new address to register within the 1-2KM distance range for APS.
