i was told the same thing this morning but now it's different story hor based one the current stat the other parents posted just now...>2km might require ballot if the SC <2km keep going in this noon due to the withdrawal at ZhangDe/Radin Mas ! :xedfingers:

After all SC get in, are PR <1km will stand more chance than PR >1km or all PR being treated the same?
