thanks so much for your advice. You think 3pm is still on time for me to do the withdrawal? Should I go to GES to get Q number for registration first, then only go APS for withdrawal?

Otherwise, can I just wait for the Phase 2 C result and try GES in Phase 2CS if got vacancy left? GES is 1km from our house and by 13 Aug, my girl status hopefully will be updated to citizen (now in progress). Now for Phase 2C she is still being treated as PR.

You should be on your way to check the status now.

Call GESPS and check how many vacancies they are left with. In addition, check with APS how many PRs are there in the less than 1 km category. Stay with APS only if you have a chance to ballot. If not, might as well get the P1 registration over and done with by registering with GESPS now.

Looking at the current situation, seem like CPS, BRPS & APS would have places left in Phase 2C Supplementary.

Number of applicants in APS has exceeded its enrolment already. So, APS shouldn't have P2CS.
