        MMM:

In our case, we did some refinancing to shorten the term and I think we need to work for another minimum 15 years - 20 years and we are completely clear off our mortage debts.

We also intend to keep our 5 yr old car for another 5 years so that we can save more $.

My wish is to stay healthy and be able to keep my job (hint : don't get retrenched), continue to do something that I enjoy, work with nice people and have work life balance for the next 15 -20 years. πŸ™
Hear ye, hear ye! Yes, re-financing and putting the B-packet into the repayment so that we don't pay so much interest...

I'm hoping to work part-time when DS1 starts school two years later. So not going to switch job. In any case I think my employability is very low, as I have been in the same job for 8 years, since my graduation 😒

Has been working full time for 13 years....

Just converted to part-time working arrangement this year when my only child (dd) enters P1 this year.

Don't know how this work out yet (starting mid Jan), crossing my fingers.... πŸ™

I think pt arrangment is the best anyone could ask for. Count your blessings, girl. And, ermm, do you mind dropping by the PTWP club? We're kinda exclusive at the moment. Exclusive as in so few members nia.

Joining late as usual. A FTWM, with 2 kids. DD P5 & ds P3. I love working but hate it when the work requirement clashed with family time.

Just finish a night telecon & before that was rushing to help dd pack her bags for her camping trip tomorrow. Exam time coincidentally always clash with business trip or work emergency.

But I’m a loyal employee. 10 years in the previous co and 5 years in the second one.

Yup, \"discovered\" and dropped by PTWP club already....:)

btw, for my case it's not a case of converting to p/t at my current workplace, not feasible due to work nature, will end up working f/t but pay definitely p/t.
