Able to call again and ask???
2 seats were withdrew fr phase 2b. Therefore, total phase 2c is 88 vacancy.
Within 1km = 65 SCs
1-2km = 16 SCs
Outside 2km = 7 SCs
All got in, no balloting needed. -
