There are some good comments on kowabunga in another topic in kiasuparents.

I think basc is nearer to SAPS as compare to kowabunga, juz have to cross a road that's why they have more SAPS students.

May I know the basc your mention it's PCF Hong Kah North Student Care Centre \tat Blk 340, Bukit Batok St 34, #01 - 44? I wonder should I look for the student care near the temp location at Jurong east? so can juz walk to the school. I think most likely when they move back with single session should hv school base student care.

Does anyone know is there any school student care after they move back 2014 dec?

I am also looking for a good BASC since I am a ftwm, #2 is in ccc.

Just the logistics alone is enough to drive me nuts.
I am already worried how to pick my child up when school bus arrives in the evening.
Does anyone knows how much will the bus transport cost from SAPS (at holding site) to and fro Bukit Gombak area?

                  My dd in P4.

When my dd was in P1 and P2, she did not have exams until the final semester in P2. SAPS was one of 16 schools selected for implementation of holistic assessment under PERI recommendations.

However, though there were no exams, there was still continuous assessment. She was streamed in P3 based on results. Chinese lessons were sorted into classes based on Chinese language abilities from P3.

Not sure if the system my dd went through has changed though. 🙂
