Just check list of school conducting 2C balloting

Many schools are getting tighter on balloting
Ex. Teck Ghee last year all SC accepted, now ballot SC >2km
Do you think Marymount Convent will be 2C ballot next year?
I'm quite worried for my back up school

Hi, there is a high chance that Marymount Convent School may need to conduct balloting for PR next year. I registered my child at Marymount Convent on the last day of Phase 2C just one hour before cut off time 4.30pm. I started to get worried when I saw more parents arriving to take queue numbers to register. I had to stay till 4.30pm just to confirm with the school admin lady that all who registerd in Phase 2C got in successfully. Marymount Convent has 26 vacancies left for 2Cs only. My advice to you is go for Marymount Convent if you really want your daughters to study in a girls' school without needing to go through balloting. I was glad the Marymount Convent admin lady offered me so much advice and assured me that those who registerd in Phase 2C will surely get in as their past years statistic reveals that.

Next year I will probably register on last day too.
      Hopefully SC all accepted :xedfingers:

        Lol.

We have 3 kids - 2 girls and a boy.
        Eldest girl registering next year.
Staying <1km to MGS, registering in P2B
        1st Choice- MGS
        2nd Choice- None
Haha I like your 2nd choice.

I have two girls (2008 and 2011). Now pregnant with my third one. Gender unknown.

We are within one KM from both Nanyang and RGPS. Also doing PV work for Rosyth now. Husband, who was a RI/RJ boy, think the only school worth going is Raffles. But ultimately I will make the decision since I will be doing the driving.

Haven't really plan my first/ second choice yet.

          Hi All,

Anyone knows what happen if the parents have different addresses on NRIC? Which NRIC will it be used for registration?

          Thanks.

For those staying within 1km, with this kind statistics, would you still consider NHPS? I am contemplating not to..v stressful...

                        Hi,

I’m new here. Just wondering if daddy’s pri school has merged with the existing pri school years ago. Can the child consider under Phase 2A2 for the registration if I register her to that existing pri school?
