Hi kittykit,

Congratulations.

I can't remember about P1. But for my P2, they have 2 days of PE. So she has 3 dresses and 2 set of PE attire.

Food in canteen as per the kids are, chicken rice, noodles, mixed rice stall, fried rice, vegetarian stall, cheese tofu, mashed potatoes, waffle, drink stall, snacks, etc...

We give my P2 $2 on a daily basis. If she has CCA, we will give her $4-$5.

School hours is from 12.20pm to 6.20pm.

For enrichment books, just follow the booklist provided by the school. However, if you are talking about assessment books, that is subjective. I am not a good example but my kids have enrichment classes for all subjects.

But compared to my P5 and P6 era, I think the P1 and P2 is really honeymoon period nowadays. But the assessment scope has changed. Eg. the kids nowadays have to do show & tell for EL and CL infront of the entire class and they are assessed based on that.
