Hi,
May I know from which domain? -
TravelMummy:
Dearest Travel Mummy... This is the ONLY school my son DSA. If they offer, we are taking..
Do candidates really have to choose so soon? If an offer is given, we just go for the preview first, right? When is the cut off date for all DSA decisions by kids?WoonieNed:
Hey all,
The DSA results should be released anytime soon now right? I mean, the candidates have to choose accept or reject for the upcoming preview on the 17th August, isn't it?... and that is like 4 days away!!!
:siam:
If my son could not get in, we'll just have to wait for PSLE results then.... -
elmoland73:
I sent my son for the interview ytd. The person in charge said that the result will be released by this evening or latest by Wednesday. Kids that went for the interview will be placed in CO, WL or rejected if they find the child not suitable for the school.
Latest by Wednesday... which is today riiiiiggghhhtttt???? :frustrated: -

Dear Travelmummy,
You only need to select the DSA schools, which offer your child confirmed offer or waiting list, and rank them, when the primary school gives you the DSA preference form between 22 to 25 Oct. You can refer to the flowchart at MOE website.
The preview at NUS High this sat is an informal one, more for the school to gauge on those likely to take up offers. It may then convert some waiting lists to confirmed offers, or even rejects to waiting lists.
It will be good if those who will not be taking the offer can let the school knows early. It will benefit those further down the line… -

Does it mean that once CO, and we put that as the first choice, as long as PSLE result qualifies for express course, the child will confirm go in ?Dear Travelmummy,

A friend’s nephew got into NUS high via DSA. Psle t-score was in 230s range, pulled down by languages. I view DSA as a mean to identify those kids who are talented in certain areas, but not an all-rounder.
Not sure if there is any latest changes though. -
