My son used to learn phonics the montessori style when he was in school in N1. So I did some powerpoint slides to revise with him at home. Now he is in P1 and doesn't need them anymore but thought some of you might be interested. But I do not know how to attach a powerpoint file here.

woohoo!!! contact Chief direct and then he may let you have your own blog to reel in the KP!! πŸ™‚ :celebrate:

Sorry lah soomum.. I thought nobody was paying attention, so i

slack off lah. Didn't put it all up yet. Thought no one interested to
        learn the ropes. 😞

To answer your question, YES, i will be putting up the remaining templates
soonest then, since you seem interested. πŸ˜‰ As for the introduction
proper of the sounds, you may visit the http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5768 thread for the
detailed presentation. Follow in that same order i have given... ie. c, f, i, m.
The template page will also have the order of how the sounds are taught
in a Montessori classroom, IF... provided YOU are interested to teach
your child in the ways of the Montessori Method of teaching Phonics. :celebrate:
thanks a zillion buds, for the detailed lesson plan.
Yes!! I am very interested in doing it and yes the Montessori way, cross my fingers I won't deliver it wrongly. (ps: just follow your detailed plan won't go wrong right ? ). Had initially thought of doing up all the sandpaper letters at one go, but now will prepare whatever you have posted first. So yes! Will continue to wait for the rest of the templates and rest of the lesson plan for single letter introduction.
Hope to update my child's response once I start it! I'm so excited gee..

You're getting me all excited too, soomum!

Yes, the templates i put up are the ones to start with..
Another reason why i I purposely didn't put the templates
all at one shot also because i want it to go step by step...
apart from observing whether there are parents out there
who may be interested to actually DIY teaching materials..
Don't teach too fast... don't teach too slow... Introduce
systematically. Yes, God willing.. with your efforts & also
following the detailed lesson plan, you shouldn't go wrong. πŸ˜‰

YES YES PLEASE! :please: Update on your developments
ya! If can include pictures, lagi shiok! And at least i have
proof that you ARE actually doing it.... I will put the
rest up when i get down to it by next week!

          Cheerios!

That’s strange. But never mind, will send the file later when I am home. The file is stored in my desktop computer.
