Many schools do not recommend the use of correction tapes.
During elder boy's 2009 PSLE, I wrote to MOE n got a reply that it is not banned, but it is discouraged. -

careless mistakes?
Is the prelim paper exceptionally difficult?
How did you do for MCQ, section B and section C?
My advice is to make sure u get full marks for MCQ and section B.
Section C, make sure those topics u r good at, u get full marks. Any time left, relook at those topics u r weak in n understand the methodology used to solve. U might not get these qns correct, but would still get working marks.
There is a PSLE Maths thread in ksp. If u can, go to this thread to check out how some qns are solved.

For me I usually miss my A* due to careless mistakes in A and B... like forgetting to divide the area of the circle by 2 when it's a semicircle. Heh...

I am aware that it is not banned, but discouraged. Have to get something reliable (at least doesn't peel off easily) for my child. Any recommendation? Thanks.
