Art can be therapeutic in a way and can help reduce some stress and tension.

Talking about helping students to reduce stress, just curious, any parent is planning outdoor activity or any form of RnR for your DC even though PSLE written papers are coming next week?
Yep but impromptu. Whenever he feels he needs it, he'll ask to go run, swim or even draw.

The thing is he really really dislikes art. But starting fr prelims prep, he just suddenly took to drawing at the end of each day to destress after we had a chat about various destressing methods. He tried and got hooked....and I had to try to 'unhook' him as it just wasn't the right time to devote 1.5hr to a new hobby! :nailbite:
