New brand was not from ICR owners but is from the franchisees. I believe some of the franchisees hv set up their own brand. This is also why now ICR is taking legal action as per above post by ICR.

No this must be another ICR brand. They have been in the market for some time but got no problem. Anyway I heard it from my fren after her assessment. That’s why ICR got no toa payoh branch

My eldest has been withdrawn since July but we have yet to receive the refund of deposit. Now that of changed hand, where should I claim my refund? Please pm me to discuss. Thank you.

So if I want to bring my kid for assessment, can I go to Kids Love English in Marine Parade instead of ICR Bedok? If both are opened by ICR then I can go to either one right? I just want to know because my boy is quite fussy about his teacher, and if I don’t like the one at Kids Love English, I can just do a transfer to ICR Bedok but don’t have to go through enrolment etc right? Are the textbooks going to be very different between the Easy Readers Literacy course and PEP or are they the same?>
