I have a problem with studying: After studying 1-2 hours, I’ll fall asleep for about an hour and then I’ll be unable to fall asleep at night, so I’ll only sleep approximately 5 hours a night. Then the next day I’ll be tired so I’ll fall asleep while studying again… it has happened 3 times this week already. Help?

What's your study location? Not on the bed, I hope :please:

Has it always been like this? If not, then maybe you have been studying very hard and the body is tired..

Perhaps you want to put in regular short breaks to refresh yourself before continuing. Try to put in some time for exercise if you can. I know some children start coffee young but no caffeine for noon onwards if you have it.

Of all places I could fall asleep on,it's the most uncomfortable piece of furniture in my room: My desk. I'll try. Haiz...

There is even a confusion between the teachers for this question!

Maybe can ask the kids to ask their Chinese teacher about the answer tomoro. But my son said his teacher will not reveal as she does not want to affect them.

The confusion comes because some teachers did not hear the audio themselves all based on kids input I guess.

Do post if any child gets info from the teacher
