Saw that there's an open house in October. Was wondering how to get there from Sengkang if I want to sign up. NJC website says nearest MRT is Newton?? Which MRT station has more buses to NJC?

        From Newton stn, only 171.

Go to Botanic Gdn stn, more bus services to Bt Timah Rd.

I am a P5 kid and keen to enter njc if I can score well ~260 T-score; As I stay in Yishun, distance is concern to me. So I like to ask any parent whose children stay in north district if transport is a problem.

Anyway I hope to do well in PSLE next year and achieve excellence to attain my goal :xedfingers:

There are also buses from Little India station (I think 66 and 67?). Depends on which MRT line is more convenient for you.

As long as DS set his first choice in njc , distance concern will be overcome n secondary

Hi, there is an open house this coming October, it’s sort of a school tour. I intend to sign up for my ds who is now in P5. Their registration did not indicate which level so I had call up the school to find out and they said its mostly for the P6 student.

I’m not sure if its advisable to go or wait for next year. May I know any parents still sign up for their child who is in P5 as I really like my ds and even me to know more abt this sch to prepare him for next year. Thanks.

You can go in p5 to get an idea of the school. Next year the tour will be in April and you might not find time to go with SA1 coming.

This is a very good school with caring teachers. They are very helpfully and monitor the progress on the child. My son in yr one and boarding now, he enjoys it :imcool: so much and learn how to take care of himself. Better try DSA as you never know how the corhort will do to determine our child T-score. Good luck!
