if you are a die hard for NYPS, move to the neighborhood, both public and private housing available with a complete range from 3 room HDB flat to GCB. :lol:

hahaha.....thought of that...my flat is only 2 years old need to wait for another 3 years before i can sell and no $$ to buy private housing
